This week in Hercules
This week we created a story board where we designed our stories using only pictures. The next day we wrote our stories from beginning to end. The stories were about travelling back to Ancient Egypt. We learned that the most important paragraphs are the setting and the character description because it grabs the readers eyes and makes them want to read the whole thing. Mr Thomas was AMAZED by the stories that he read!
We have carried on looking at fractions this week and started to look at equivalent decimals.
We have completed lots of practice papers this week as it has been assessment week.
We have done:
- Three Reading Papers (Fiction, Non-Fiction and Poetry)

Next week we have a spelling test where the children will look at the 3/4 spelling list!
